2019-11-26 13:41:27 OptiComm will be upgrading their NSW/ACT POI resulting in a service outage affecting DCSI services. OptiComm have advised that they have planned the works such that the service outage experienced by each end-user to be in the order of minutes as opposed to over the entire period. This progressive return of services leads to a forecast of 90% of NSW/ACT broadband and data services will be back online at approximately 03:00, and the remaining services are expected to be returned by 06:00.
